I've just cone back from holiday in the states and managed to get a Zune Card. Can anyone tell me if your Zune plays only get added from the time you have your Zune card, or will it back track for the history of your Zune (I've had one for nearly 2 years)

Yes, it is. 3.3 (just kidding) 3.1

Don't really know. Confessing my ignorance about this here. :) I subscribe to what Comcast calls "Basic Cable" (aka CHEAP) and so it's analog for the most part.. though it does also carry some HD channels which my Hauppauge tuners can't see.

Nobody? I thought I was supposed to be able to get my .wtv files into Zune 3.1. Even when I click-drag a file into the Zune Videos part of my collection, I see the slashed-circle. Is that what everyone else is getting? Thanks, Kevin

I've got an Vista-upgraded-to-Windows-7-beta machine. It had Zune installed and working both before and after the upgrade. But I don't see the .wtv files available to me in my from Recorded TV folder. I see all the old-format shows, but not the new ones. Oddly, I see other content in my Videos...

Okay, I just got a Zune and plugged it into my Windows 7 box. I reset the Zune (fully wiping it by doing a complex Zune button press manoeuvre) It detected it, but the Zune software couldn't see it and couldn't install the updated firmware. I need to test on another machine to confirm....but...

I am from the UK and I recon I was one of the first in the UK to own a Zune2 80GB device. It's fanstastic and I could not live without it now. Of course I cannot get full access to the marketplace and social stuff either due to not being in the US but as I wouldn't really buy my music from that...

In totally random Zune news, I just spotted this courtesy of Steve Clayton . I’m not going to steal his post, but Obama’s been seen working-out with a Zune… Here's the story, it's just one line really, but a good endorsement.

I use ImTOO Zune Video Converter 3 and ImTOO DVD to Zune Converter 4 for converting video's and DVD's for playback on the Zune. They are not free applications but they work well for me!
